Code::blocks - Create child form

I'm sorry if this is a foolish question. I looked trough the tutorials but didn't find information about it.

I started to use Code::Blocks with wxSmith (at Ubuntu) and want to create a few forms connected with each other. I read that there is need to create a parent form and child forms. But how to do that?

I'll need just to enable opening child forms from the parent(with hiding it) b button and them closing child form with showing the parent.

I'll be thankful for both answers and links to some good tutorials.
