Form with Province / Cities (displayed dinamically) not send correct data

This is my site: http://ift.tt/1arQwGC There is a form which in its second step ask you to select first province and then (shown dinamically) the corresponding city. Jquery shows the < select> list of cities according to the province selected.

That works perfectly as you can see, but when the form load the data into the database, the city which is always loaded is the first < option> of the last < select> or what is the same, the first city of the last province.

What could be happening? Thanks in advance!
