How do I group fields together in Acrobat forms so they become conditional?

I want to group certain form fields together in Acrobat so that by entering data in one group it negates the other two groups. Better explained by looking at the attached image. The three groups are distinguished by asterisks so if for instance one entered data in the *Section number option the other two options (one above and one below) would not be accessible. Is this achievable with javascript?
