info-path form displaying Gannt Chart and Memo field

I am using SharePoint infoPath 2010 and I need to display a Gantt chart on the form from an existing list?...

And can you advise the best way to include a Memo field approx(1000 characters) or workaround on the form, when Multi-line text boxes are limited to 255 Characters.
