Email form with multiple BCC recipients

I need help with an easy email form for sending quotes.

Here is what I am trying to do.

Drop down box with different options

• Apples - BCC: ted@apples.com, fred@apples4u.com


• Oranges - BCC: jim@myoranges.com, amy@orangesrgood.com


• Bananas - BCC: larry@imbananas.com, George@bananarama.com

Each option has multiple email addresses associated with it that it will BCC the email to.

I do not want the people I am emailing to know who else I emailed.

Dropdown of Options (BCC multiple email addresses per option)

Subject: Please Quote (Never changes. Can be hard coded)

Body: Please quote the following, with lead time:

QTY: (Form Input)

Material: (Form Input)

Description: (Form Input)

Closing (Never changes. Can be hard coded)
