I have a site that has a form in the header. It works on the home page, but there is something in the PHP code preventing it from working from other pages in the website.

The website is a directory; so if you want to find a pizza shop in your city, a category list pops up. You choose 'pizza', then it automatically fills in the blank on the search bar. BUT that only works correctly when I'm on the home page. Please help.

It appends the current page URL with video.php#list instead of leaving video.php and showing the results for pizza in your city.
