Closing google form when a count for specific type of response is reached

I have a google form where users pick one out of two options - "A" and "B". I would like to close the form for submission, when number of people picking "A" = 25, and/or when "B"=50. Can somebody help me with a script that I can use? I am not a programmer, and hence looking for help.
