Google Forms Responses sheet won't keep formatting?

I set up a google form for admins on our system to log actions until I can get a proper database running with all the new hardware. The responses spreadsheet for the form, however, is being troubling. I set all coloumns to wrap text, but every time a new submission is made it reverts the lines to default formatting and erases the wrap text, border color, etc.

Anyone know of a way to rectify this?
