How can I refresh a form in C# [on hold]

In C# I can use multiple forms by starting a new one and close the old one but I don't want to do that because I want to keep my window in full screen. I want the screen when hitting a button to refresh the form by deleting the things on the screen at the moment and adding new things. I hope this makes sense to you...
