How to render form with django-angular?

Im moving my django project to make use of angularjs as a frontend. During my research i found this neat thing: django-angular, which among others should help mi handle forms.

There is even some helpers to render said forms, since things like crispy are jquery reliant.

But apparently im somehow unable to figure out how to properly render the form using django-angular.

By following the docs, i can get working submit button, but still nothing renders the form.

If anyone could explain this / direct me to something helpful, i'd really appreciate that.
