Php Database design for a car selling platform

i m working on a car selling platform , For search part there are lots of fields like :

1. Engine Capacity


2. Steering Wheel


3. Fuel Type


4. 
   

   Number of Doors

   
   

   i have different 13,14 select option fields in form, but client want to change all fields from control panel , what is the proper way to control all this options from control panel.

   
   

im planing to save all this options in one table like properties. as i understand key - value system is good for this. and values will be in JSON format.

For example : Fuel Type : Petrol , Diesel , gas , Hybrid , Electric

Is that true way for my system ?

And how should show them to admin in control panel to change them one by one ?

I use php , mysql , laravel 5
