Submit form included in JQUERY tab and navigate through tabs

i used JQUERY tabs in my web application with 2 tabs

in the second tab i made a web form that view/modify some configuration and can save it to database

after saving the configuration and submit the form , values saved to db successfully and appeared in the form but when navigate to the first tab then return to the second tab the old values appeared not the new saved value

any help please???
